Inbound Sales Consultant
Purpose of the Role:
- Assisting The Print Shop’s clients to an array of Print and Design services by responding to Walk-in clients, all email and telephonic requests and queries.
- To ensure the day-to-day Internal Sales are carried out in an effective, efficient, timely, and service-oriented manner.
Location: Kensington Square (Durban North)
Reporting to: Store Manager
- Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:30pm)
- Saturday (8:00am – 1:00pm)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage high volume of phone calls and emails and provide a response to all as well as maintaining high quality of services and performance standards.
- All client requests must be responded to within 15minutes of receiving the request
- Facilitate sales of all products and services according to the company and client requirement.
- Coordinate with customers and avoid any discontinuation from his or her end.
- Assist customers with knowledge on products and services
- Provide customers with accurate quotations and pricing
- Perform follow-up calls once a quotation has been sent
- Attend to all customer complaints and ensure timely resolution within required guidelines.
- Manage and process all correspondence with customers.
- Once orders are confirmed and a deposit received, create Sales Orders and allocate the job to a Graphic Designer
- Ensure optimal level of client satisfaction at all times and process all orders on phone.
- Sales Course / Training (will be an advantage)
- Minimum 2 Years of Sales Experience
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Experience in the printing Industry will be an advantage
- Must be target driven
